Qualifications & Experience- Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Ayurveda & Panchakarma Therapies - Minimum 5–7 years of experience in Ayurveda therapies - Minimum 2–3 years in a supervisory or managerial role - Strong knowledge of Panchakarma procedures and Ayurvedic principles - Experience in team training and skill development - Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills - Personally aligned with Ayurvedic lifestyle and dietary practicesKey Responsibilities- Lead & manage daily operations of the Ayurveda and Panchakarma department, ensuring adherence to SOPs, physician prescriptions, hygiene, and safety standards. - Ensure exceptional guest experience by maintaining treatment quality, therapeutic ambiance, and resolving therapy-related concerns promptly. - Oversee recruitment & onboarding of therapists, including skill evaluation, manpower planning, and staffing for peak occupancy. - Design and conduct training programs to enhance therapist skills, SOP compliance, Panchakarma expertise, and guest handling standards. - Manage workforce planning including duty rosters, shift allocation, attendance monitoring, and balanced workload distribution. - Mentor and evaluate team performance, conduct feedback sessions, and implement corrective action and development plans. - Maintain inventory and operational readiness, ensuring adequate stock of oils, herbs, and therapy materials. - Ensure compliance & documentation, including audits, treatment records, training logs, and adherence to clinical and hygiene protocols.
