The role involves conceptualizing and creating innovative interior design solutions, developing and implementing space planning strategies, and preparing construction drawings. The designer will collaborate with clients and project teams to transform spaces while selecting appropriate FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment) to meet design objectives. The position requires a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple design projects simultaneously while ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.Qualifications Proficiency in Interior Design and Space Planning to create functional and aesthetic layouts Experience in Architecture and the ability to interpret and work with architectural designs Skills in preparing detailed Construction Drawings and project documentation Knowledge of FF&E, including material selection, sourcing, and budget-conscious specification Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with clients, vendors, and project teams Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar tools Relevant academic qualifications such as a degree in Interior Design or a related field Familiarity with current interior design trends and sustainable design practices is an advantage
