Job Title: Senior Manager – Brand Solutions, Client Partnerships & Campaign DeliveryLocation: KolkataWorkplace Type: On-SiteFunction: Brand Marketing | Client Partnerships | Campaign OperationsRole OverviewWe are looking for a Senior Manager to lead client partnerships and integrated brand solutions across content, experiential marketing, and multi-channel campaigns.This role combines client relationship management, solution design, and delivery ownership—working closely with internal teams and partners to create impactful brand experiences while organically growing accounts through trust-based engagement.The ideal candidate brings strong execution capability along with a consultative mindset toward client growth.Key ResponsibilitiesClient Partnerships & Growth Support- Serve as primary point of contact for assigned client accounts - Understand client objectives and recommend integrated brand solutions - Support business growth through relationship building, solution ideation, and account expansion - Identify opportunities for repeat engagements and deeper partnershipsCampaign Execution & Delivery- Own end-to-end delivery of brand campaigns, content initiatives, and experiential programs - Translate client briefs into actionable execution plans - Manage timelines, budgets, vendors, and internal teams - Oversee creative workflows, approvals, and final outputsProduction & Operations Management- Lead production for content shoots, events, and hybrid activations - Ensure smooth on-ground execution and quality benchmarks - Coordinate multi-stakeholder workflows across creative, operations, and marketingStrategic Collaboration- Contribute to campaign planning and experience design - Partner with leadership on solution development and client strategy - Support reporting on delivery outcomes and client satisfactionRequired Skills & Experience- 8–12+ years in brand content, campaign management, experiential marketing, or client partnerships - Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills - Proven experience delivering integrated campaigns - Comfortable managing multiple parallel projects - Excellent communication and presentation abilities - Strategic thinker with hands-on execution strengthWhat Success Looks Like- High client satisfaction and long-term partnerships - Consistent quality delivery across campaigns and experiences - Organic account growth through trusted relationships - Strong collaboration across creative and operations teamsIf you’re excited about building meaningful client partnerships while delivering impactful brand experiences, we’d love to hear from you.Apply by sending your resume and a brief note on your relevant experience to career@Join us to help shape integrated brand solutions, long-term client relationships, and memorable campaigns.
