This is not a conventional operations role.This is aCEO-style mandate combining execution, governance, and business expansion.What You Will Own✔ National operations across partner schools ✔ Lead Operations Managers, Trainers & Coaches ✔ Design training systems & audit frameworks ✔ Drive institutional relationships (Principals / Directors / Trustees) ✔ Lead tournaments & sponsorship execution ✔ Build after-school specialisation verticals ✔ Identify and open new business opportunities ✔ Upsell & cross-sell within existing schools ✔ Own OPEX budgeting & performance dashboards You will operate in boardrooms, school campuses, and tournament grounds — with equal authority.Who We’re Looking For• Strong passion for sports • 5–8+ years in Sports / Education Ops / Institutional BD • Experience managing distributed teams • Strong in Excel, dashboards & presentations • Comfortable with AI-led reporting & automation • Entrepreneurial mindset with high ownership • Deep belief in sports as nation-building • Open to travel & flexible hours ⚠ This role demands commitment beyond a 9–5 structure.
