Job Title: Marketing Manager – Fragrance DivisionLocation: Indore, Madhya Pradesh  Qualification: Postgraduate (MBA/PGDM in Marketing preferred)  Experience: Minimum 4 years in marketing, preferably in FMCG, cosmetics, or fragrance industry  Package: Up to 6 LPA CTC (with flexibility based on the applicant’s profile)  Website: Role Overview As the Marketing Manager – Fragrance Division, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that elevate brand visibility, drive product sales, and strengthen customer loyalty. You will lead campaigns across digital and traditional platforms, manage product launches, and collaborate closely with sales, RCD, and creative teams. The role requires strong expertise in market research, consumer behaviour analysis, and statistical evaluation of ATL/BTL activities, ensuring clarity, vision, and measurable impact in all marketing initiatives.Key Responsibilities: Strategic Marketing Execution o Lead and execute integrated B2B and B2C marketing strategies to drive brand growth, channel expansion, and customer engagement across domestic and international markets. o Develop and implement 360° marketing strategies for perfume product lines. Market Survey s Research Analysis o Conduct in-depth market surveys to understand product positioning, consumer preferences, and emerging fragrance trends. o Analyse competitor activity and market dynamics to identify opportunities and threats. o Translate consumer behaviour insights into actionable marketing strategies. o Prepare detailed reports on product performance, market share, and customer feedback. Product Launch s Campaign Management o Lead new product launches from concept to shelf, including packaging, pricing, and promotion. o Manage ATL (Above-the-Line) and BTL (Below-the-Line) campaigns, ensuring measurable outcomes. o Convert ATL/BTL activities into statistical insights with clear KPIs, ROI analysis, and performance dashboards. o Collaborate with influencers, creative agencies, and digital platforms to maximize reach and engagement. Negotiation s Vendor Management o Negotiate with marketing service providers, agencies, and event organizers to optimize costs and maximize value. o Manage contracts and partnerships with distributors, retailers, and channel partners. Cross-functional Collaboration o Work closely with product development teams to align marketing with fragrance innovation. o Partner with sales teams to ensure marketing strategies support revenue growth. o Represent the brand at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events. Performance Monitoring s Reporting o Monitor and analyse campaign performance using CRM tools and data analytics platforms. o Provide management with clear, data-driven insights on marketing effectiveness. o Ensure clarity and vision in reporting, enabling informed decision-making.Required Skills s Competencies  In-depth knowledge of consumer behaviour in the fragrance or FMCG sector  Strong expertise in market survey methodologies and research analysis  Ability to convert ATL/BTL activities into statistical clarity and actionable insights  Strong sales and negotiation capabilities to support channel growth  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration  Proficiency in MS Office, CRM platforms, and data analytics tools  Strategic thinker with a creative mindset and strong analytical abilities  Familiarity with packaging trends, especially in luxury or personal care productsPreferred Attributes  Experience in perfume, cosmetics, or personal care industries  Proven ability to work in both B2B and B2C segments  Exposure to international fragrance markets and consumer trends  Strong presentation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders
