Role: SAP HCM HR Ireland Payroll Location: Hyderabad/Pune/Bangalore Job Type: ContractJob Description:: Implementation & Rollout experience with strong configuration and testing skills across HCM modules. • Deep understanding of operational payroll/HR processes and Irish legislative requirements. • Ability to work independently and guide others in complex scenarios. • Strong communication skills and commercial awareness • Handle support tickets for SAP HCM modules: Payroll, PA (Personnel Administration), OM (Organizational Management), TM (Time Management), ESS/MSS (Employee/Manager Self-Service). • Resolve incidents and service requests within SLA timelines. • Deliver documentation, root-cause analysis, and resolution plans. • Support minor enhancements and change requests. • Experience with SAP SuccessFactors is a plus.SAP-Specific Ireland Payroll Features (localization): • Ireland-specific infotypes and enhancements for personnel data and payroll processing. • Provide functional and technical support for SAP HCM Ireland Payroll. • Compliance with Irish legal and business requirements. • Localized reports and payroll functions under the Payroll Ireland (PY-IE) module • Should have hands on experience on PCR’s & Schema • HRSP Implementation • Strong work experience on P60, P35 & PRC1
