The company currently operates nine resorts in the Maldives and continues to expand with a strong development pipeline across the Maldives, India, Sri Lanka, Bhutan, and Nepal. Each property is defined by distinctive design, an authentic sense of place, and exceptional service experiences.Business Analyst We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Business Analyst to support our corporate growth and expansion initiatives. This role will play a critical part in evaluating new development opportunities, supporting investment decisions, validating financial models, and delivering structured insights to senior leadership and investors. The ideal candidate combines strong financial modelling capabilities with commercial thinking and the ability to translate complex data into strategic recommendations.Key Responsibilities • Conduct financial feasibility studies for new resort developments and expansion projects • Build, validate, and maintain detailed financial models (NPV, IRR, ROI, sensitivity analysis) • Support deal evaluation, refinancing analysis, and investment structuring • Analyze market trends, competitor benchmarks, and regional hospitality performance indicators • Prepare investor reports, development presentations, and executive dashboards • Collaborate with Finance, Operations, and Development teams to align business cases with strategic objectives • Assist in tracking and reporting on development pipeline performance • Review and validate valuation assumptions to ensure accuracy and risk mitigationPreferred Qualifications & Skills • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (financial modelling, dashboards, complex formulas) • Strong understanding of Financial Modelling, Valuation, and Investment Analysis • Experience with Power BI or Tableau for data visualization • Basic SQL knowledge for data extraction and analysis • Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP or Tally • Strong analytical reasoning and structured problem-solving skills • Ability to prepare clear executive-level reports and presentationsKey Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field • 2–5 years of experience in Business Development, Corporate Finance, Investment Analysis, or similar analytical role • Experience preparing feasibility studies or investment evaluation reports is highly preferred • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage cross-functional stakeholders • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyPlease send your CV to careers@ with before 10th March 2026 Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
