Role Overview You will own cloud infrastructure delivery for our U.S. client base across AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud. You will bring the technical confidence to make the right calls, the hands-on skills to back them up, and the people instinct to develop a small team of engineers into a high-performing delivery unit. You come from an IT services background. You have built and delivered real cloud solutions for clients. And you are ready to grow — both professionally and through the people you lead. What You'll Do Client Delivery Own cloud infrastructure projects end-to-end — from design through go-live Build and configure solutions across AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud Design networking, compute, storage, virtualization, and security controls Write and maintain infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, CloudFormation, or Bicep) Troubleshoot and resolve complex infrastructure issues independently and confidently Security & Cyber Resilience Build security into every solution — IAM, network controls, encryption, and access management Design and implement disaster recovery and backup solutions for client environments Ensure solutions align with security best practices (NIST, CIS, ISO 27001) Team Development Lead, mentor, and develop a small team of cloud and infrastructure engineers Create an environment where engineers learn, grow, and take ownership Review team deliverables and maintain quality and consistency Be the technical escalation point — and use every escalation as a teaching moment Share knowledge actively — document, train, and uplift the team continuously Pre-Sales Support Participate in client discovery and solution scoping Develop cloud architecture proposals and effort estimates Support the sales team with technical confidence during client conversations What We're Looking For 6–8 years of hands-on cloud and infrastructure experience in an IT services company Solid working knowledge across at least two platforms — AWS, Azure, or GCP — with willingness to work across all three Proven experience delivering cloud projects end-to-end for external clients Hands-on with infrastructure-as-code — Terraform, CloudFormation, Bicep, or Ansible Strong networking fundamentals — firewalls, VPNs, DNS, load balancing, segmentation Security-aware — knows how to build secure, resilient cloud environments Experience leading or mentoring engineers — and genuinely enjoys developing people Confident communicator — clear and credible with clients, team, and leadership Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field Nice to Have Cloud certification in AWS, Azure, or GCP Exposure to cybersecurity tools — SIEM, EDR, WAF, or vulnerability scanners Experience working with U.S.-based clients or in cross-timezone environments Pre-sales or solution design experienceYou'll Thrive Here If You...
