The team has treated over 10,000 patients globally, helping them successfully reintegrate into society.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Resident Medical Officer based in Mahrauli. The Resident Medical Officer will be responsible for providing high-quality medical care to patients, participating in patient evaluations, assisting with treatment planning, and collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals. The role also involves monitoring patients’ progress, addressing their concerns, and ensuring adherence to treatment protocols. Additionally, the Resident Medical Officer will assist in conducting medical procedures and providing guidance or training to other team members as needed.QualificationsStrong knowledge and expertise in medicine and patient care Experience working with physicians and as part of a multidisciplinary team Knowledge or experience in surgery is a plus Ability to provide training and mentorship to junior staff Excellent communication and interpersonal skills MBBS degree or equivalent qualification, with valid registration Prior experience in mental or general healthcare is advantageous
