The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in IT contract staffing through a staffing agency, with direct experience managing delivery pipelines and leading small recruitment teams. This role demands full ownership of delivery outcomes, including meeting monthly closure targets, maintaining SLA compliance, and driving performance through data-driven execution. The Team Lead will be responsible for mentoring recruiters, ensuring process adherence, and acting as a critical bridge between internal stakeholders and client SPOCs. This is a high-impact role for individuals who thrive in fast-paced, target-driven environments and are committed to building scalable delivery capabilities.Responsibilities Own end-to-end delivery of IT Contract (CTH) hiring mandates from requirement intake to candidate onboarding. Drive monthly closure targets for SI clients while maintaining quality benchmarks and SLA compliance. Personally manage high-priority, niche, or complex hiring requirements to ensure successful delivery. Monitor and analyze key metrics such as submission-to-interview and interview-to-joining ratios. Lead and manage a team of 4–6 IT recruiters, assigning work, tracking daily activity, and ensuring productivity. Conduct regular performance reviews, coaching sessions, and provide actionable feedback to drive team growth. Foster a culture of ownership, urgency, and closure-focused execution across the team. Collaborate closely with account managers and client SPOCs to align on priorities, expectations, and escalation management. Proactively address delivery challenges and communicate realistic closure plans during escalations. Ensure accurate and timely updates in ATS/CRM systems and maintain compliance with internal recruitment processes. Identify delivery gaps through data analysis and implement corrective actions to improve performance.Requirements 2-5 years of hands-on experience in IT Contract Staffing (CTH) within a staffing agency environment. Demonstrated success in delivering talent for System Integrator (SI) clients. Prior experience leading a small team or serving as a pod lead in a recruitment or delivery function. Deep understanding of IT roles, skill sets, contract rates, and staffing dynamics. Proven ability to meet and exceed monthly hiring targets with a data-driven approach. Willingness and availability to work from the Salt Lake, Kolkata office on a full-time basis. Key Skills & Competencies Strong closure and delivery orientation with a results-driven mindset.
