The ideal candidate will act as a single point of ownership for delivery, will ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with high-quality documentation that supports business, technical, and compliance needs.Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end delivery of complex technical projects across engineering, product, QA, and operations teams. Define project scope, objectives, success metrics, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders. Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation including PRDs, BRDs, SRS, architecture overviews, workflows, SOPs, and release notes. Create and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, risks, dependencies, and change requests. Facilitate technical discussions and translate business requirements into clear, actionable technical documentation. Ensure adherence to SDLC, Agile/Scrum, or hybrid delivery methodologies. Drive stakeholder communication through regular status reports, dashboards, and executive summaries. Proactively identify risks and issues, implement mitigation strategies, and ensure timely resolution. Ensure quality standards, security, and compliance requirements are met. Support UAT planning, production releases, and post-go-live reviews. Lead change and release management activities including impact analysis, deployment planning, rollback strategies, and stakeholder approvals. Coordinate activities across multiple environments (Dev, QA, UAT, Production) and manage dependencies with infrastructure, security, and external vendors. Define and track delivery KPIs such as schedule variance, defect leakage, release readiness, and post-go-live stability. Oversee data-related initiatives including integrations, data migrations, validations, and reconciliation activities where applicable. Ensure audit readiness through traceable documentation, approvals, and compliance artifacts aligned to organizational and regulatory standards. Mentor junior team members on project execution, documentation standards, and delivery best practices.Required Skills & Experience: 7–8 years of experience in Technical Project Management or related roles. Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), cloud platforms, APIs, and modern application architectures. Proven experience producing high-quality technical and functional documentation. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience working with Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and/or Waterfall methodologies. Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Azure DevOps, ServiceNow). Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination skills. Ability to manage multiple projects in parallel in a fast-paced, evolving product environment.Educational Qualifications: Master’s degree (MBA, M.Tech, MS Analytics, or similar) PMP, PRINCE2, CSM, or SAFe certification.
