We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to help expand our customer base through cold calling, mass mailing, and relationship-driven sales strategies. If you are confident, persuasive, and comfortable handling high call volumes, this opportunity is for you.Job SummaryThe Sales Representative will be responsible for outbound sales activities including cold calling, mass emailing, lead qualification, and client retention. This role requires strong communication skills (US clients), persistence, and a target-driven mindset.Key ResponsibilitiesHandle 100+ outbound calls per day to potential and existing clients Conduct cold calls to introduce our products and services Develop and execute mass mailing campaigns to generate leads Work on company-provided leads and actively generate new leads Identify and qualify potential leads based on the company’s target market Follow up on leads and schedule meetings or demonstrations Maintain and update CRM with accurate prospect and interaction details Maintain strong client relationships and ensure client retention Manage recurring clients and follow-ups efficiently Provide regular sales reports and performance updates to management Share inputs and suggestions to improve sales processes Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to align strategies Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targetsRequired Skills & QualificationsExcellent communication skills (American/Neutral English accent preferred - US clients) Comfortable working in a high-volume outbound calling environment Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills Ability to build rapport quickly with potential clients Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite Self-motivated and target-driven Fast learner with the ability to adapt quickly Ability to work independently and in a team environmentPreferred QualificationsPrior experience in cold calling and mass mailing is a plus Experience in the architectural metal, glass, signage, or construction industry is a plus Knowledge of CRM systems and sales tracking tools is a plus Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
