Job Description

We are seeking ahighly motivated and experienced Sales Managerto drive business development and direct sales of secure card and identity solutions acrossRajasthan and Uttar Pradesh . The role focuses on consultative sales, building relationships with key decision-makers, and driving revenue from enterprise and institutional customers.Key Responsibilities Identify, target and convert new enterprise customers in banks, fintechs, government and large corporates Build and manage a strong pipeline of opportunities across the territory Conduct client meetings, presentations and product demonstrations Sell solutions including payment cards, NFC/QR products, biometric card solutions, instant issuance systems, secure ID solutions, and logistics fulfilment services Lead end-to-end sales cycle — prospecting to closure Prepare commercial proposals, pricing, and contract negotiation Maintain CRM with accurate opportunity statuses and forecasts Attend industry events, conferences and networking to grow market presence Collaborate with operations, product and delivery teams to ensure customer satisfactionRequired Skills & Experience 5–10 yearsof B2B / enterprise sales experience Proven track record in technology, payment systems, secure products or manufacturing solutions sales Excellent network and knowledge of enterprise customers in Rajasthan & UP Strong consultative selling and negotiation skills Good communication skills — Hindi & English (regional languages a plus) Comfortable with travel across territory
