We work with large global and Indian clients onInternal Audit and Risk Advisoryengagements. Role Overview As anInternal Audit Manager , you will lead and deliver internal audit and risk consulting engagements forinsurance companies and asset managers , with a strong focus on investment and operational processes. Key Responsibilities Leadend-to-end internal audit engagements(planning to reporting) Perform process walkthroughs, risk & control assessments, RCMs, audit programs, and control testing (design & operating effectiveness) Deliver audits acrossfront, middle, and back office investment processes ApplyInternal Audit, SOX, IFC, ICFR methodologiesin line with IIA standards Identify process improvement opportunities and provide value-added recommendations Manage engagements within agreedtimelines, cost, and quality standards Supportbusiness development(proposals, lead identification) Ensure compliance with firmquality and risk management policies Domain Expertise Required Strong understanding ofInsurance / Asset Management industry risks and trends Exposure to multiple asset classes:Equities, Fixed Income, Derivatives, PE, Real Estate, Hedge Funds & Alternatives Managerial Expectations Lead and mentor teams; act as apeople manager/counsellor Contribute toknowledge sharing, thought leadership, and solution development Ability to work as bothengagement lead and individual contributorwhen required Personal Attributes Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple engagements Strong analytical mindset; proficiency inMS Excel, PowerPoint, Word & data analytics Flexible to work across time zones and travel if required Self-motivated team player with a proactive risk mindset Interested?
