The role requires confident English communication, strong outbound calling experience, and the ability to engage US medical practices professionally. This is a performance-driven outbound sales role.Key Responsibilities Make outbound cold calls to US medical practices Reach office managers, billing managers, and decision-makers Introduce EHR and RCM services clearly and professionally Identify practice size, specialty, and billing challenges Schedule qualified meetings for the senior sales team Maintain proper CRM updates and follow-up tracking Meet daily and monthly performance targets Growth opportunity into demo and closing rolesQualifications 1–4 years ofUS cold calling experience Experience in US process sales (Healthcare preferred) Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills Ability to demonstrate proficiency in cold calling, appointment setting, and prospect engagement Experience with healthcare technologies such as EHR and RCM systems is an advantage Familiarity with lead generation, sales processes, and CRM tools Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment Organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sales, Business, or a related field preferredPreferred (Plus) Experience calling US medical practices Exposure to medical billing / RCM / EHR Healthcare IT sales experience
