This role is responsible for providing strategic oversight and operational leadership to ensure efficient management of facilities, compliance with company policies and statutory regulations, and seamless service delivery to clients. The City Lead will collaborate closely with client representatives, internal stakeholders, consultants, and service partners to maintain high standards of operational excellence, safety, and customer satisfaction.Role & Responsibilities Lead and manage all city-level facility operations across assigned properties. Develop annual budgets and long-term facility plans aligned with organizational growth and business requirements. Oversee the operation and maintenance of all building systems, including electrical, mechanical, plumbing, fire & life safety, and waste management systems. Establish and implement Preventive Planned Maintenance (PPM) schedules and prioritize repair and maintenance activities to minimize disruption to client operations. Manage and supervise contractors and vendors to ensure services are delivered in compliance with contractual terms, quality standards, and budget guidelines. Ensure all facilities operate in compliance with local laws, safety standards, and regulatory requirements. Formulate functional strategies, policies, and procedures to strengthen facility operations and infrastructure. Develop and implement short-term and long-term maintenance plans, including emergency response and energy management programs. Lead facility-related projects (repairs, renovations, preventive maintenance, etc.), ensuring timely completion within approved scope and budget. Monitor and control CAPEX and OPEX expenditures to ensure financial discipline and adherence to approved budgets. Participate in meetings, workshops, and stakeholder discussions to share updates and gather relevant information. Lead, mentor, and supervise the facility operations team to drive productivity and performance. Recommend hiring, promotions, transfers, and separations as necessary to maintain operational effectiveness. Stay updated on new products, technologies, and regulatory changes to enhance facility management practices. Continuously identify opportunities for operational improvements and service enhancement. Perform any additional duties required to ensure efficient functioning of the facility operations unit.Skillset required Strong knowledge of property and facility management operations.
