With a client-first philosophy, we provide customized investment and insurance solutions backed by trust, expertise, and strategic insight.Role Overview We are seeking a 5+ years experienced Senior Equity Research Analyst who can take ownership of research strategy, lead sector coverage, and contribute directly to portfolio performance. This role requires deep market understanding, strong valuation expertise, and the ability to translate research insights into actionable investment strategies for high-net-worth and institutional clients.Key ResponsibilitiesLead in-depth equity research across sectors with strong command over capital markets, macroeconomics, and industry cycles. Develop comprehensive financial models, valuation frameworks and long-term forecasts. Drive sector coverage strategy and identify high-conviction investment opportunities. Analyze financial statements, earnings calls, management commentary, and regulatory filings to assess risk-return dynamics. Track and evaluate Mutual Funds, PMS, AIFs, equities, derivatives, bonds, and alternative investment products. Provide research-driven inputs for portfolio construction, asset allocation, and rebalancing decisions. Publish detailed research reports, thematic notes, sector outlooks, and market strategy updates. Present investment recommendations to leadership, sales teams, and relationship managers. Mentor junior analysts and oversee research quality standards. Monitor macro indicators, policy developments, RBI updates, and global market trends impacting domestic markets. Maintain structured research databases, valuation trackers, and MIS dashboards. Ensure compliance with internal governance standards and regulatory frameworks. Collaborate with product, sales, and relationship teams to design client-focused investment solutions.Skills RequiredAdvanced analytical and financial modeling skills. Strong command over valuation techniques and capital market instruments. Deep understanding of accounting standards and financial statement interpretation Ability to generate independent investment ideas with conviction. Strong written communication for publishing professional research reports. Confident presentation skills for leadership and client-facing discussions. Proficiency in Excel (advanced functions), Google Sheets, PowerPoint, and financial databases. Strategic thinking with a disciplined, data-driven approach. Leadership capability to guide and develop research team members.Qualifications5+ years of experience in Equity Research, Investment Advisory, Portfolio Management, or Financial Analysis. Graduate / Postgraduate degree in Finance, Economics, Commerce, Mathematics, or related fields. CFA (completed or Level II/III candidate) preferred. NISM Research Analyst Certification (XV) mandatory or preferred. Proven track record of generating investment ideas and contributing to portfolio performance.
