We have an immediate job opportunity for you as a Corporate Accounting – Analyst/Senior Analyst/Lead _ Hyderabad.Position: Analyst/Senior Analyst/Lead - Corporate Accounting - IC role Shift Timings: 3:00 PM IST to 12:00 AM ISTRESPONSIBILITIES:Accounting & Reporting: Complete journal entries, bank reconciliations, & balance sheet reconciliations for assigned entities Responsible for Corporate accounts receivable function Prepare month-end accruals & other manual journal entries Prepare revenue reconciliation Prepare financial statements for all assigned entities Review accounts payable invoice coding for assigned entities Interface and support operating departments with timely financial information, as needed Assist with treasury function setting up wires and bank transfers when needed Accounts Receivable: Prepare intercompany billing calculations and invoices on a timely basis Post AR batches Weekly review of AR aging, ensuring collections Manage billing follow-up requests and invoice adjustments Other: Identify areas needing improvement and assist with improving and documenting current processes, policies and procedures Accounting software super user (creating reports in MRI, SQL Searches) Assist with other ad-hoc projects/analyses as needed Manage charitable contributions ledger & supportSKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS: Chartered Accounatnt (CA)/Bachelor’s degree in Accounting 4-6 years of accounting experience Knowledge of MRI Accounting software is a must High level of Excel knowledge (pivot table and v-lookup) Thrive in a fast-paced environment and able to work independently Deadline oriented with excellent interpersonal skills Manage multiple tasks with strong attention to detail and accuracy
