Job Description

The Head of Office role reporting to the CEO of Allianz Services India is a critical position that involves a wide range of responsibilities to ensure smooth operations and strategic alignment within the organization. Responsibilities: Strategic Planning and Execution:Collaborate with the CEO to develop and implement strategic plans that align with the company's goals and objectives. Operational Oversight:Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness, while identifying areas for improvement. Leadership and Team Management : Lead and manage a team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and high performance. Stakeholder Engagement:Act as a liaison between the CEO and other stakeholders, including senior management, clients, and partners, to ensure effective communication and collaboration. Project Management:Oversee key projects and initiatives, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. Financial Management:Assist in budgeting and financial planning, monitoring financial performance, and implementing cost-effective measures. Risk Management:Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations. Performance Monitoring:Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and drive continuous improvement. Communication and Reporting:Prepare reports and presentations for the CEO, providing insights and recommendations based on data analysis. Innovation and Change Management : Drive innovation and change initiatives, fostering a culture of adaptability and continuous improvement. These responsibilities require a combination of strategic thinking, operational expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to communicate effectively across various levels of the organization.Qualifications & ExperienceMaster’s degree in Business Administration, or related field preferred 15+ years of experience in related field or in the Business. Good understanding of business goals and objectives AdApt with a variety of Technology, tools, training platforms and methods Self-motivated professionals with strong problem-solving ability Strong executive presence, negotiation and change management skills Strong focus on meeting timelines and delivering highest quality service Strong stakeholder/client management skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
