Visit and to learn more.About the Role: We are seeking aSenior Associate – Product Solutionsto act as a critical bridge between customers, product, and engineering teams. This role will focus on understanding client business needs, translating them into solution requirements, supporting solution design, and ensuring successful delivery of our credit underwriting and risk assessment products. You will work closely with leading banks, NBFCs, fintechs, and internal stakeholders to configure, customize, and enhance our platforms to solve real-world credit and risk challenges.Location : Ahmedabad Mode of working:Work from office Education:Preferably CA / CFA / MBA (Finance)Key Responsibilities: Solution Design & Requirement Gathering Engage with clients to understand business problems, credit workflows, and risk policies. Translate business needs into functional and solution requirements. Create detailed requirement documents, user stories, and solution flows. Product & Platform Enablement Configure and support implementation of credit underwriting and risk assessment modules. Work with product and engineering teams to validate feasibility and prioritize enhancements. Participate in UAT, defect triage, and release readiness.Client Engagement & Support Act as a solution consultant during pre-sales, pilots, and post-implementation phases. Support client demos, solution walkthroughs, and training sessions. Gathering the feedback of the users who are undertaking trials and driving the sentiment through pro-active discussions. Provide ongoing product usage insights and improvement recommendations. Other support Identify recurring client issues and propose scalable product improvements. Contribute to documentation, playbooks, and best practices. Track success metrics for implemented solutions. Identify vendors and lead the evaluation and commercial discussions with them. What we look for: 2–5 years of experience in product solutions, business analysis, implementation, or consulting in fintech, BFSI, or SaaS. - Preferably with a Lending or credit underwriting background. Strong understanding of lending lifecycle, credit underwriting, or risk assessment concepts. Experience translating business requirements into functional specifications. Good analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Comfortable working with cross-functional teams (Product, Tech, Sales, Ops). Experience working with banks, NBFCs, or fintech lending platforms. Familiarity with APIs, data flows, and system integrations. Exposure to Agile / Scrum environments.
