Position:Head – Operations & Administration Location:Mysore Rd, Bengaluru Experience:15+ yearsPosition Summary: The Head of Operations & Administration is responsible for the comprehensive management of the park, ensuring a safe, enjoyable, and exceptional experience for both guests and associates. The role requires a strategic and hands-on approach to overseeing park operations, driving revenue, ensuring health and safety, and leading a dedicated team.Key Responsibilities:Commercial Management (50%): o Set and manage budgetary and cost control strategies. o Monitor and analyse financial performance, enhance revenue streams, and control costs. Improve overall P&L of the park. o Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to attract and retain customers. o Identify and pursue new business opportunities aligned with strategic goals. o Implement continuous improvement strategies in guest satisfaction and employee engagement.Talent and Team Development (25%): o Lead and develop staff teams through performance management, training, and professional development. o Foster a culture of safety, fun, and growth. o Manage HR activities including recruitment, training, and employee relations. o Ensure people process compliance by establishing team norms, clarifying roles, aligning with branch heads' goals, implementing performance management systems, setting timely goals, and creating a culture of appreciation and recognition. o Inspire and motivate teams with a forward-thinking and ambitious outlook.Guest Experience and Strategic Vision (25%): o Develop strategies to improve customer satisfaction (NP)S and enhance park experience. o Introduce new events and experiences for park visitors. o Monitor key performance indicators. o Monitor competition and industry trends. o Ensure efficient park operations, maintaining high standards for staff performance and equipment functionality. o Oversee health and safety regulations.Ideal Candidate: o Strong commercial acumen, leadership skills, and a customer-centric approach. Has managed a large P&L of 100Cr+ in the past. o Proficiency in Kannada (MANDATORY-Written and spoken), knowledge of local authorities(MANDATORY), and experience in sales and marketing with a track record of improving guest experience metrics. o Ability to build and maintain relationships with local government authorities and external partners, liaise with contractors and vendors to ensure high-quality service delivery, and ensure adherence to safety, IMS, statutory, and legal norms.
