Brand operates in five key market segments: Upstream/Midstream, Downstream, Power Generation, Industrial and Infrastructure.Job Summary: We are looking for aSenior HCM Payroll Data Analystto support BrandSafway’s enterprise payroll transformation and ongoing payroll operations across ADP GlobalView, WFM Pro, and Workday HCM. This role will focus on payroll data accuracy, cross‑system reconciliation, integration oversight, and compliance for multi‑jurisdictional payroll environments. The ideal candidate will have deep experience with ADP payroll data models, PECI integrations, ADP support ecosystem, and global payroll controls.Experience Level:6–10 years in HR/Payroll data analysis and HCM systemsKey Responsibilities: Payroll Data Analysis & Validation: Validate data across Workday, ADP GlobalView, WFM Pro, and integrated systems to ensure accuracy prior to payroll processing. Conduct cross‑system reconciliation of master organization data, personnel data, time entry, and other data points sent to ADP platforms.Integration Monitoring, Issue Resolution, & Error Remediation: Monitor Workday PECI, EDI, and ADP inbound/outbound file processing and triage data‑level integration errors. Perform root‑cause analysis for field‑mapping issues, validation failures, sequence/retro errors, and related defects. Maintain logs for issue categories, severity, resolution, and future preventionSecurity, Access Management, & Controls: Support the maintenance of ADP GlobalView and WFM Pro security roles, ensuring correct segregation of duties and least‑privilege access. Monitor ADP system notifications for security‑related events, such as failed logins, unauthorized attempts, role assignment errors, or expired credentials. Partner with security teams to ensure multi‑factor authentication, SSO configurations, and identity lifecycle processes follow policy across all ADP platforms. Support the documentation and testing of security impacts related to configuration changes, upgrades, and integrations.On-the-ground Hypercare: Provide "expert-level" technical support during the critical payroll windows, acting as [SS1]the bridge between the Payroll Team and the IT/Integrations teamsReporting & Data Insights: Build and maintain ADP reports and queries to support internal audit, SOX controls, and cross‑system comparisons. Support audit reviews by providing data evidence, reconciliation documentation, and access control verifications. Deliver insights and impact analysis for data errors, integration anomalies, retro calculations, and workflow gaps.Compliance & Governance: Work with HRIS, Payroll IT, ADP configuration teams, and integration teams to ensure SDLC compliance, remediate issues, and prevent recurrence. Ensure adherence to statutory requirements and internal audit controls. Maintain data privacy and security standards across payroll processes.Process Optimization: Identify gaps and recommend automation or process improvements. Collaborate with IT and HR teams to enhance payroll workflows. Always maintain up to date documentation for the integrations, processes, troubleshooting, error monitoring, and handling of errors. Support mentoring, coaching, training and onboarding of any new future hires for the same roleRequired Skills & Experience: Hands‑on experience withADP GlobalView, WFM Pro, and Workday . Experience building and testingPECI & EDI payloads , inbound validation errors, API transformations, and ADP message monitoring. Advanced proficiency inExcel, SQL , and reconciliation tools. Familiarity withADP reporting , and cross‑system reconciliation frameworks.Preferred Qualifications: ADP or Workday Payroll certification. Strong understanding ofpayroll processesand ADP platform concepts. Expertise withglobal payroll data modelsand jurisdictional rules. Experience with ADP or Workdayrole-based security . Familiarity withERP systemsalong with financial and accounting processes. Exposure withpayroll implementation anddata migrationprojects.Soft Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. Ability to work independently and lead data-driven initiatives.KPIs for This Role: Data Quality Accuracy:≥ 99.7% clean and validated data before PECI transmission. Integration Success Rate : ≥ 98% PECI/EDI runs completed without reprocessing. Security Compliance:100% completion of ADP access reviews and security control evidence. Incident Resolution:≥ 90% of integration or data errors resolved within SLA. SDLC/ITIL Alignment:Zero audit findings related to change management or documentation completeness. Exception Reporting:≥ 95% of data exceptions identified and resolved prior to payroll cutover.
