This individual will work closely with client stakeholders at the director-to-VP level, bringing strong domain expertise, analytical rigor, and hands-on delivery leadership to solve critical business and technology challenges facing CPG organizations. The role requires a blend of CPG industry knowledge, engagement management, solution design capability, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams delivering measurable business outcomes , from supply chain optimization and revenue growth management to digital commerce enablement and data-driven consumer insights.Key Responsibilities Engagement Leadership & Delivery Lead end-to-end delivery of CPG consulting and transformation engagements, managing scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and client expectations Serve as the day-to-day engagement lead, acting as the primary point of contact for client project sponsors and steering committees Drive workstream planning, resource allocation, and team coordination across onshore, offshore, and partner teams Ensure delivery quality through structured governance, milestone reviews, and proactive issue resolution Own engagement financials including forecasting, utilization management, and margin tracking Champion outcome-based delivery approaches, tying project milestones to measurable business KPIs Domain Expertise & Solution Design Bring strong understanding of CPG industry value chains , from innovation and product development through manufacturing, supply chain, go-to-market, and consumer engagement Contribute to solution design and architecture for CPG-specific business challenges, working alongside senior architects and domain leaders Apply domain knowledge across key CPG functional areas such as: Supply Chain Planning & Execution (S&OP/IBP, demand planning, inventory optimization, logistics) Revenue Growth Management (pricing strategy, trade promotion optimization, mix management) Digital Commerce & Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) strategies Consumer Data & Analytics (CDP, first-party data strategy, consumer segmentation, marketing effectiveness) Manufacturing Operations (MES, Industry 4.0, smart factory, quality management) Enterprise Platform Implementations (SAP S/4HANA, Salesforce, cloud modernization) Develop and refine domain-specific deliverables, frameworks, templates, and reusable accelerators that improve delivery efficiency and qualityRequired Qualifications Experience 8-14 yearsof professional experience, with a minimum of5 yearsfocused on the Consumer Packaged Goods industry 3+ yearsin a consulting engagement lead, managing consultant, or equivalent role within a consulting firm, systems integrator, or technology services company Demonstrated track record ofleading and deliveringcomplex consulting or transformation engagements ($5M-$25M) in the CPG space Hands-on experience across at leasttwoof the following CPG functional areas: Supply Chain Planning & Execution (S&OP/IBP, demand planning, logistics) Revenue Growth Management (pricing, trade promotion, mix optimization) Digital Commerce & Direct-to-Consumer Consumer Data & Analytics (CDP, consumer insights, marketing analytics) Manufacturing & Quality (MES, Industry 4.0, smart factory) Finance Transformation (FP&A, cost-to-serve, shared services) Enterprise Platforms (SAP S/4HANA, Salesforce, cloud migration) Skills & Competencies Strong client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at the director-to-VP level Proven engagement management capabilities including scope management, financial tracking, risk mitigation, and team leadership Ability to translate complex business requirements and technology capabilities into clear, actionable recommendations Solid understanding of CPG operating models, KPIs, and value drivers (e.g., market share, trade spend ROI, fill rate, forecast accuracy, cost-to-serve, NPS) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured, hypothesis-driven approach Experience managing cross-functional and geographically distributed delivery teams Comfortable working in ambiguous environments and adapting to evolving client needs Strong workshop facilitation and presentation skills Education Bachelor's degree required;
