Your primary objective is to scale business volumes while maintaining a "compliance-first" approach within the evolving digital lending landscape. You will act as the bridge between internal stakeholders and external partners, driving growth through data-driven insights and operational excellence. Responsibilities Project Execution & Onboarding:Onboard new fintech partners, ensuring seamless coordination across Product, Technology, Risk, Compliance, and Operations. Partner Management & Scaling:Engage with existing partners on a daily basis to resolve operational and strategic bottlenecks, specifically aiming to scale monthly disbursement volumes Business Operations Monitoring:Manage and monitor all core business functions to ensure smooth partnership operations. Contract Negotiation:Demonstrate the ability to draft, negotiate, and execute complex business contracts Growth-Oriented Strategic Thinking: Proactively identify opportunities for continuous improvement in partnership growth and profitability by leveraging data-driven insights to deepen existing relationships Executive Support: Provide high-level operational support to vertical leadership, ensuring the success of "protected partnership" initiatives through the tracking and execution of key performance indicators (KPIs). Project Prioritization: Demonstrate the ability to manage complex, concurrent requests, prioritizing critical business deliverables to meet aggressive timelines without compromising quality. Relationship Stewardship: Cultivate and maintain long-lasting, trust-based relationships with partners to facilitate long-term business scalability and smooth operational collaboration. Professional Qualifications : Education:MBA or PGDM fromTier-I / Premier institutes. Experience:2+ years of sustained client relationship management experienceKnowledge of digital integrations and lending workflows with exposure to LOS/ LMS environments and system-driven onboarding processes. Domain Expertise:Strong background in financial services with deep regulatory knowledge of Digital Lending Understanding of partnership-level P&L and unit economics. Must Haves: Understanding of Balance Sheet, PnL statement, Cashflow Statement, Payable and receivable Understanding of FLDG and SLDG structure Good communication and presentation skills Strong analytical Skills for deeper understanding of various aspects of Lending, Pricing and Risk management Team player - External and Internal Stakeholder’s management Entrepreneurial bent of mind Interest in fintech space and understanding of the Lending sector
