Prepare quarterly and annual financial reports and investor presentations. Ensure timely SEBI compliance and regulatory disclosures. Manage communication with shareholders, analysts, and institutional investors. Organize earnings calls, analyst meets, AGMs, and investor roadshows. Monitor stock performance, market trends, and investor feedback. Support senior management in financial communication and strategic messaging. Drive ESG (Environmental, Social & Governance) reporting initiatives.Educational Qualifications Bachelor’s / master’s degree in finance, Business Administration, or Economics. CA / CFA / MBA (Finance) preferred.
