About the Role: We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Brand Manager to lead brand growth initiatives, strengthen market positioning, and drive impactful campaigns. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in brand strategy, campaign execution, and performance analysis. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute brand strategies aligned with business objectives Plan and manage integrated marketing campaigns (digital & offline) Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Digital, Creative, Product) for campaign execution Monitor brand performance metrics and optimize strategies accordingly Manage brand budgets and ensure ROI-driven execution Oversee content, creatives, and communication to maintain brand consistency Work with agencies and vendors for campaign rolloutsRequired Skills & Qualifications: 4–5 years of experience in Brand Management / Marketing Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media & performance marketing Experience in campaign planning and brand positioning Excellent communication and presentation skills Analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making ability Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads, Excel, etc. MBA in Marketing (preferred but not mandatory) Preferred Industry Experience : FMCG / Beauty / E-commerce / Retail / D2C
