Conversations in our office range from olfactory construction to consumer psychology to whether a vanilla note should feel smoky, creamy, or quietly powerful. Yes, we’ve turned popcorn into a perfume. Yes, it smells unexpectedly addictive. About the Role: We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Brand Manager to lead brand growth initiatives, strengthen market positioning, and drive impactful campaigns. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in brand strategy, campaign execution, and performance analysis. Key Responsibilities:  Develop and execute brand strategies aligned with business objectives  Plan and manage integrated marketing campaigns (digital & offline)  Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities  Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Digital, Creative, Product) for campaign execution  Monitor brand performance metrics and optimize strategies accordingly  Manage brand budgets and ensure ROI-driven execution  Oversee content, creatives, and communication to maintain brand consistency  Work with agencies and vendors for campaign rolloutsRequired Skills & Qualifications: 4–5 years of experience in Brand Management / Marketing  Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media & performance marketing  Experience in campaign planning and brand positioning  Excellent communication and presentation skills  Analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making ability  Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads, Excel, etc.  MBA in Marketing (preferred but not mandatory) Preferred Industry Experience : FMCG / Beauty / E-commerce / Retail / D2C
