Project Architect – PMC / Infrastructure Projects Location: Jalandhar, Punjab Company: Artefact Projects Limited Industry: Infrastructure / Construction / PMC Experience: 10 YearsAbout the Role Artefact Projects Limited is looking for an experiencedProject Architectto supportplanning, design coordination, and execution monitoringof commercial and infrastructure projects. The role is aligned withPMC / Authority Engineer functions , ensuring design compliance, coordination, and quality delivery across project lifecycle.Key Responsibilities Leadarchitectural planning, concept development, and detailed designfor commercial/infrastructure projects Review and validatearchitectural drawings, layouts, and GFC drawingssubmitted by consultants/contractors Ensurecompliance with local regulations, NBC codes, and statutory approvals Coordinate withstructural, MEP, and multidisciplinary teamsfor integrated design delivery Monitor site execution to ensureadherence to approved designs and specifications Supportproject planning, scheduling, and progress monitoringin coordination with PMC team Conductdesign audits, quality checks, and technical reviews Maintain properdocumentation, drawing control, and reporting systems Liaise withclients, authorities, consultants, and contractorsfor smooth project execution Participate inreview meetings and provide technical inputs for decision-makingKey Requirements / Eligibility Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree in Architecture (B.Arch / M.Arch) 10–15 years of experience inplanning & designing of commercial / infrastructure projects. Experience of Railways Station or similar building construction preferred Experience inPMC / Authority Engineer / EPC environment is mandatory Exposure torailway stations, transport hubs, commercial complexes, or large Industrial Building & infrastructure projects preferredTechnical Skills Proficiency inAutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, BIM tools Strong knowledge ofbuilding bylaws, NBC, fire norms, and approval processes Working knowledge ofMS Project / Primaverais an added advantageKey Competencies Strong design and coordination capability Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills Problem-solving and decision-making ability Ability to manage timelines and multiple deliverablesRole Reporting To: Team Leader / Project Manager (PMC / Authority Engineer)Why Join Artefact Projects Limited?
