Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. Identify and target potential clients through cold calling, networking, and market research. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients for repeat business. Collaborate with the sales team to create compelling proposals and presentations. Analyze sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities. Coordinate with internal teams for seamless execution of sales activities.Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or related fields (fresh graduates welcomed). 0–1 years of experience in corporate sales, B2B sales, financial services, or related domain (preferred). Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English; Hindi or regional languages add value. Working knowledge of MS Office tools, especially MS Excel. Ability to understand client requirements and offer suitable financial/business solutions. Target-driven mindset with solid negotiation and closing abilities. Willingness to learn financial products and thrive in a fast-paced sales environment.
