The Agency Account Manager will be responsible for building and nurturing client relationships, serving as the main point of contact for assigned accounts. Day-to-day tasks include managing client communications, understanding client business objectives, overseeing project timelines and budgets, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality video production services. The individual will also be responsible for identifying opportunities to grow client accounts and collaborating closely with creative and production teams to align efforts with client needs.Qualifications Strong skills in Client Relationship Management, Account Management, and Project Coordination Experience in Communication, Negotiation, and Problem-solving Knowledge of Video Production Processes, including pre-production, production, and post-production Organizational and Time Management skills to handle multiple concurrent projects effectively Familiarity with Marketing and Brand Positioning strategies Ability to work collaboratively with creative and technical teams Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field Previous experience in account management within the media or video production industry is a plus
