In this role, you will act as a central pillar for our people function, managing the end-to-end employee lifecycle, supporting talent acquisition, and ensuring operational excellence. You will be instrumental in fostering a professional work environment that aligns with our global standards and high-growth objectives.What You Will Do Assist in the sourcing, screening and scheduling of interviews for technical and non-technical roles as part of the growth of our Global Teams. Lead the transition process for new employees, ensuring all operational milestones are met from offer acceptance through to functional readiness. Directly handle core activities including payroll processing, IT asset coordination (laptops/logins), and general office administration. Maintain all employment-related documents and HRMS records. Be a reliable point of contact for employees in terms of responding to their inquiries and developing internal programs that positively impact the culture and morale of the workplace. Implement HR Policies and SOPs effectively, communicating such to all staff, and ensuring compliance with applicable local Labour Laws and Corporate Governance requirements.What We Are Looking For Generalist HRexperience of between 4 and 8 years, ideally within the Technology or Professional Services industries. Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Human Resources Management or a similar field. Strong oral and written communication skills with a high level of professionalism. Ability to find solutions proactively and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), as well as HRMS systems experience.Good to Have Experience in aFintech, Banking, or SaaSenvironment. Hands-on experience with theGreytHR HRMS platform. Experience coordinating with global stakeholders or managing distributed teams. Strong presentation skills for conducting orientation sessions or internal meetings.
