As a publicly listed company, our turnover in FY 24-25 reached USD 3.04+ billion.In line with our continuous growth strategy, Mainfreight has recently established its Indian operation via first branch opening in Mumbai as India HQ in the year 2023 and further expanded its operations in Chennai and Delhi.To support our business expansion, we are currently seeking a qualified professionals for the position of Executive Sales Support.Office Location:Times Square, Marol, Andheri East, MumbaiKey responsibilities:Ø Administrative Support: Prepare sales documents (proposals, contracts, quotations with accuracy and timeliness and reports for customer), Handle nominations received from local customers for import and export and direct them to respective department for smooth handling, preparation of SOP.Ø Pricing: Procuring rates from overseas offices and respective product locally.Ø Customer Service: Resolve client inquiries, complaints, and provide after-sales support to ensure high customer satisfaction.Ø CRM Management: Maintain the quality and push sales to update customer databases, tracking interaction records into our CRM system as per KPI. Monitor and report back to NSM in case any deviation against the KPI by team member.Ø Sales Tracking: Monitor sales metrics, performance, and assist in creating sales reports.Ø Coordination: Collaborate with marketing, logistics, and finance teams to support sales campaigns.What we are looking for:Ø Someone who has good knowledge of freight forwarding business for Air or Ocean Freight. Ø Candidate must possess a Graduate Degree in any field. Ø Desired experience – Sales Support Executive around 1 to 4 years, Ø Required Language(s): English and local languages Ø Someone who is sales focused, self-motivated, career aspiring, extrovert and innovative to support business development. Ø Customer oriented, good business acumen & follow up, able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Ø Knowledge of Cargo wise system will be added advantage / if not the candidate should be adaptable or have solid work experience of working other related platforms. Ø Attention to detail with the ability to assess priorities.
