Role Overview As a Customer Relations Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring smooth account activation, timely follow-ups, and effective issue resolution. You will work closely with Sales, Technical, Operations, and Finance teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience throughout the account lifecycle. Key Responsibilities Act as the main point of contact for all customer account-related communication Manage end-to-end customer onboarding and account activation Proactively follow up on documentation, billing, payments, and service-related matters Coordinate with internal Sales, Technical, and Operations teams for timely issue resolution Track and monitor customer issues to ensure closure within defined SLAs Support invoicing, billing reconciliation, and payment follow-ups Maintain accurate and updated customer records in CRM systems Prepare MIS reports on account activations, customer follow-ups, and issue status Preferred Candidate Profile 2-3 Years of Experience in the IT industry (SaaS sales background preferred) Strong communication and customer handling skills Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize effectively Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail Experience working with CRM tools Strong coordination and management skills
