Work Location: Gurgaon (Rapid Metro Connectivity) Experience: 3-4 years CTC: 5-6LPARole OverviewWe are looking for an Ads Data & Marketplace Performance Managerwho can combinehands-on Amazon Ads executionwithdeep analytical thinking and data organization . This role is about:Structuring ad data Building reporting systems Driving decisions from numbers Creating scalable advertising infrastructureYou will work closely with the founder to build a data-first advertising engineacross Amazon and other marketplaces.Core Responsibilities 1️⃣ Ads Data Analysis & Reporting (Primary Focus)Analyse Amazon Ads data (SP, SB, SD) at: Campaign level Ad group level Keyword & search term level Monitor ACOS, ROAS, CTR, CVR, TACOS, and contribution margins Identify scaling opportunities and waste reduction areas Track profitability impact of advertising decisions Build structured reporting dashboards and weekly performance reviews Maintain clean historical data archives2️⃣ Marketplace Ads Management Plan, launch, and optimize Amazon Ads campaigns Manage: Keyword research & structure Budget allocation Bid strategy Placement adjustments Scale winning campaigns and pause inefficiencies Manage ads for other marketplaces (Flipkart, etc.) if required Continuously test creatives and structures3️⃣ Data Infrastructure & Systems Building (Preferred) Organize raw advertising data into structured formats Work with APIs, connectors, or third-party tools to automate data flow Build or assist in building: Data pipelines Reporting sheets Internal dashboards Maintain accuracy and integrity of ad data Reduce dependency on manual exports Preferred: Experience working with Amazon Ads API or building structured data systems.What We’re Looking For Must-Have 3–4 years of hands-onAmazon Ads experience Deep understanding of: Sponsored Products Sponsored Brands Sponsored Display Strong data analysis ability Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills Ability to interpret ad data in relation to business margins Structured thinking and high ownershipStrongly Preferred Experience building reporting infrastructure Familiarity with: Amazon Ads API Data connectors BI tools (Looker, Power BI, etc.) Understanding of SQL / data organization concepts Experience managing multi-SKU accounts at scaleNice to Have Experience in scaling brands beyond ₹1 Cr/month Exposure to marketplace expansion strategies Basic scripting / automation knowledgeWhat Success Looks Like Cleaner ad account structure Lower wasted spend Scalable keyword frameworks Reliable reporting dashboards Faster decision-making Improved contribution margins, not just higher revenueWork Environment Founder-led, performance-driven setup High accountability High autonomy for capable operators Focus on long-term systems, not hacks
