The ideal candidate will play a critical role in improving cost efficiency, supporting strategic decision-making, and strengthening financial controls.Key Responsibilities:Costing & Analysis Prepare and maintainaccurate product costing , including BOM, labor, and overhead allocation Analyze standard cost vs actual cost and report variances with reasons. Monitor Material Consumption, wastage, and yield against norms. Support monthly cost closing and MIS reporting.Inventory & Manufacturing Finance Ensure accurateinventory valuationand reconciliation with financial records MonitorWIP, finished goods, and raw material costs Partner with production and supply chain teams to ensurecost efficiency and control Review and validatemanufacturing overhead absorptionFinancial Reporting & Controls Supportmonthly closing activities , including cost provisions and journal entries Preparecost reports, MIS dashboards, and margin analysis Strengtheninternal controlsrelated to costing and inventory Ensure compliance withaccounting standards and audit requirementsBusiness Partnering Collaborate withmanufacturing, procurement, and product teamson cost optimization initiatives Provide insights to leadership oncost trends, profitability, and efficiency improvementsRequired Qualifications CMA qualification (Preferred) 5–10 years ofcost accounting experience in manufacturing is mandatory.Strong knowledge of: Standard costing and variance analysis Inventory accounting Manufacturing finance Experience working withERP systems (SAP / Oracle / Tally / NetSuite preferred) Advanced Excel and financial modeling skillsPreferred Qualifications Experience inconsumer products, D2C, or product-based manufacturing Exposure tocost optimization and process improvement initiatives Strong analytical and stakeholder management skillsInterested people can reach out at arif@ and shubham.somalkar@
