Job Purpose:The AgriProduct Manager will be responsible for end-to-end ownership of the agribusiness product portfolio across India, The role will drive product strategy, positioning, market penetration, and profitability while acting as a strategic bridge between R&D, marketing, and zonal sales teams to ensure consistent national execution under a product-based hybrid sales structure.Role Description As an Agriculture Business Product Manager at XLByte, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and driving the development of agricultural business solutions. This full-time, on-site position located in Bengaluru involves managing end-to-end product lifecycles, collaborating with cross-functional teams, gathering and analyzing customer requirements, and developing strategic plans to optimize products for market needs. The role also includes coordinating with stakeholders, conducting market research, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions tailored to the agriculture industry.Qualifications Proven experience in Product Management, including product lifecycle management, requirements gathering, and strategic planning. Strong skills in Market Analysis, Data Interpretation, and Decision-Making within the agriculture or technology industry. Knowledge of Agricultural Business Processes, Supply Chain Management, and sustainable farming practices is a plus. Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills. Proficiency in using Product Management Tools and software systems to streamline processes. Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. A master’s degree would be an advantage. Self-motivated, with the ability to manage priorities effectively in a fast-paced work environment.
