It offers an authentic glimpse into the journey you could be part of:you excited to join our team as Implementation Engineer?The Implementation Engineer is responsible for the successful deployment and adoption of SmartQ platform solutions across client locations. The role involves end-to-end implementation, system configuration, user training, and post-go-live support. Acting as a key liaison between clients and internal teams, the engineer ensures client requirements are accurately translated into effective system setups. This position owns issue resolution, stakeholder coordination, documentation, and adherence to service standards. Strong communication, problem-solving skills, and readiness to travel are essential to drive customer satisfaction and long-term platform success. If you are passionate about food safety and workplace well-being and eager to make a meaningful impact, we invite you to join SmartQ.Roles & Responsibilities: Implement and deploy SmartQ platform products remotely and on-site for client locations. Configure applications, manage menu setup, validate system functionality, and ensure smooth go-live. Train clients and end users on product usage, workflows, and best practices. Create, update, and maintain implementation guides, user manuals, and support documentation. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, handling queries via email, calls, and chat. Manage client expectations by clearly communicating deliverables, timelines, and platform capabilities. Coordinate with multiple client stakeholders, including decision-makers, site managers, and on-ground operational teams. Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues across SmartQ solution platforms. Handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring timely resolution and high customer satisfaction. ake full ownership of customer issues until closure, escalating to internal teams when required. Support pre-sales and post-sales activities, including demos, onboarding, and ongoing support. Maintain accurate documentation for reporting, issue tracking, and client communications.Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline. 2+ years of experience in implementation, technical support, customer support, or a related role. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English with strong email etiquette. Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills. Hands-on troubleshooting skills and comfort working with technology-driven platforms. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively. Willingness to travel across India for client implementations and launches.
