Drive OP Pharmacy Operations & Sales Ensure smooth and efficient day-to-day functioning of the OP Pharmacy. Drive revenue growth through effective planning, stock availability, and customer service. Achieve monthly and annual sales targets. Monitor daily sales performance and implement corrective actions when required. 2. Sales Growth & Business Development Develop and implement strategies to increase OP pharmacy sales. Coordinate with consultants and departments to improve prescription conversions. Monitor prescription trends and promote high-demand and fast-moving products. Minimize lost sales due to stock-outs. 3. Formulary Design & Management Design and maintain an optimized pharmacy formulary aligned with hospital policies. Ensure availability of essential, high-moving, and critical medications. Coordinate with procurement for cost-effective purchasing. 4. 100% Operational Efficiency of OP Pharmacy Ensure accurate dispensing with zero medication errors.
