The candidate should be committed to delivering high-quality learning experiences, fostering student engagement, and maintaining academic excellence.Key Requirements: Minimum3–5 years of teaching experience in a school , preferably in ICSE/IGCSE/ISC/IB or similar curriculum. Strong academic background inGeography . Experience teachingGrade 6 to Grade 12preferred. Post-Graduation in Geography (mandatory). B.Ed. qualification (preferred). Strong understanding of ICSE/Cambridge curriculum is essential. Tech-savvy and capable of supporting the Lead Educator in administrative tasks. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Key Responsibilities: Carry out the duties of an Educator/Teacher under the direction of the HOD/School Principal. Promote the aims, objectives, and educational philosophy of the school. Teach Geography across middle school and high school, including examination classes. Develop, plan, and deliver effective and high-quality learning experiences. Inspire, engage, and enthuse students in the subject. Foster independent and collaborative, student-led learning. Maintain high standards of classroom learning environments and resources. Use technology effectively to deliver curriculum content. Monitor student progress and ensure strong academic outcomes for all learners. Work collaboratively with colleagues to raise academic standards. Support school initiatives and contribute to the overall academic culture. Assist the Lead Educator in academic and administrative tasks.
