Associate Vice President – Technology (EdTech, Higher Education) Organization: CNV Labs and Technologies Pvt Ltd Domain: Higher Education Technology (University ERP, Digital Evaluation, Examination Systems) Experience: 12–18 Years Location: IndiaRole Overview The AVP – Technology will lead the architecture, scalability, and innovation of enterprise-grade platforms for universities and colleges. This role requires deep experience building mission-critical academic systems that handle examinations, student lifecycle, and institutional workflows at scale.Key Responsibilities 1. Technology Leadership • Define and drive the long-term technology roadmap for higher education platforms. • Architect scalable, secure, multi-tenant SaaS systems for universities. • Ensure performance during peak academic events (exams, results, admissions).2. Platform Modernization • Lead transition toward cloud-native, API-first, and microservices architecture. • Implement AI-driven automation in evaluation, analytics, and student services. • Ensure interoperability with LMS, accreditation, and government systems.3. Engineering Excellence • Manage cross-functional engineering teams (Backend, Frontend, Mobile, DevOps). • Establish coding standards, CI/CD pipelines, and security compliance. • Drive high availability, disaster recovery, and data governance frameworks.4. Academic Domain Alignment • Translate university workflows into robust technical solutions. • Ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation requirements. • Optimize systems for large affiliated college ecosystems.5.
