Location:Mumbai Experience:1–2 years in Quick Commerce / e-commerce salesAbout Blueprint Blueprint is a fast-growing, sustainable packaged drinking water brand in India. We sell water in paper cartons instead of plastic or glass, either custom-branded for the client or under our own brand name—designed for modern hotels, restaurants, caterers, cafes, and conscious consumers. As we scale, quick commerce and e-commerce will be key growth engines.Role Overview You will set up and lead Blueprint’s presence across: ·Quick commerce platforms including Blinkit, Zepto & Instamart ·Ecommerce platforms like Amazon, JioMart, BigBasket and others ·Blueprint’s own D2C website This role requires an energetic and results-driven professional with deep understanding of the quick commerce ecosystem who can manage partnerships, optimize channel performance, and scale Blueprint Water's presence in the rapidly growing quick commerce industryKey Responsibilities Identify, onboard, and manage partnerships with quick commerce platforms Build and maintain strong relationships with category managers and business development teams at the Qcomm platforms Manage category listings, pricing, and promotions Develop and execute go-to-market strategies to maximize product visibility, placement, and sales velocity on quick commerce channels Monitor and analyze key sales performance metrics like GMV, conversion rates, sell-through, returns, margins, customer acquisition across all platforms Coordinate with operations to ensure optimal inventory levels and fulfillment across dark stores and distribution centers Optimize performance marketing spends (where relevant) Develop ecommerce P&L ownership mindset Track competitor activities, pricing strategies, and market trends within the quick commerce landscape Prepare regular reports on channel performance, insights, and recommendations for senior managementWho We’re Looking For 1–2 years experience handling at least one quick commerce platform Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth in quick commerce Strong understanding of platform commercials (margins, listing fees, ad spends) Data-driven and comfortable with dashboards Ability to work cross-functionally with operations & marketing Hungry, execution-oriented, and analyticalWhat You’ll Get Work directly with the founder in a fast-paced, high-growth startup.
