Interested candidates, kindly mail toenpcareers.hr@Job Purpose: To lead site logistics operations across one or multiple locations by ensuring end-to-end material availability, efficient movement, strong controls, and compliance with safety and regulatory requirements in support of project schedules.Key Responsibilities: Lead and oversee site logistics operations including material receipt, storage, movement, issuance and return across project sites or zones. Develop site logistics plans aligned with project schedules, long-lead items, construction sequencing and work-front requirements. Provide leadership for handling critical, high-value and long-lead materials to minimise schedule risks and downtime. Establish and enforce standard processes for stores management, yard operations, material identification, preservation and handling. Coordinate closely with procurement, expediting, contracts, QA/QC and project controls teams to ensure delivery assurance and issue resolution. Monitor logistics KPIs such as on-time delivery, stock accuracy, material shortages, damages and turnaround times to drive corrective actions. Oversee transport and logistics service providers at site, including performance monitoring and issue escalation. Ensure compliance with HSE requirements, site safety rules and applicable regulatory norms for material handling and storage. Review and validate logistics documentation including GRNs, dispatch documents, packing lists and reconciliation statements. Support resolution of material shortages, damages and logistics-related claims in coordination with contracts and finance teams. Drive process improvements to optimise yard layout, reduce handling cycles, minimise demurrage/ detention and improve material visibility. Lead, guide and mentor site logistics teams to ensure capability development and consistent practices across locations. Provide regular logistics risk updates, dashboards and progress reports to project and supply chain leadership.Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain or related discipline. 10-12 years of progressive experience in site logistics / materials management within project-based, EPC or Oil & Gas environments. Strong Understanding of concepts of transport management concepts, warehouse management. Strong understanding of material control, long-lead item management, transport operations and site stores governance. Experience managing multi-site logistics operations and leading on-ground teams. Sound knowledge of Indian transport documentation, basic import coordination and third-party inspections. Strong leadership, coordination and problem-solving skills with ability to manage site-level risks proactively. Proficiency in ERP systems (Materials / Inventory modules) and advanced Excel-based logistics reporting.
