Speak with individuals and foster their positive mental health Studies factors that affect employee behavior and develop improvement plans Administers wellness surveys, analyze results and drive improvements. Counseling: Act as interface between Associates and Counselling partners. Help train and motivate workforce, thereby improving business efficiency and personnel wellbeing Evaluate employees' well-being and happiness at work and find ways to improve the work environment Apply psychological research to the workplace Prepare training materials and conduct trainings Engage in the company’s social culture and stay productive Interest in how people think and process information Ability to empathize with a wide range of people Capacity for handling stressful and possible volatile situations Education and Experience Requirements: Knowledge of psychological theory and practice Superior communication and research skills Graduate and Master’s degree in psychology Relevant Certifications and experience in Corporate Industry would be an added advantage
