Marketing - Lead Generation Analyst Full-Time | India with U.S. overlap hours | Immediate Joiner (Preferred) | ChennaiAbout the Role CXOntology (CXO) is expanding our demand generation capabilities and hiring a Prospect Research Analyst (Prospect Identification) to strengthen our lead identification and list development function. This role focuses on identifying ICP-fit organizations (you will be provided our ICP criteria) and mapping the right contacts (buyers, influencers, and decision makers), while ensuring clean, usable records are maintained in HubSpot for campaign activation and outreach.You will work closely with our market/business development team, sales leads, and organizational leadership to ensure list quality, consistency, and long-term performance.Location:Perungudi, Chennai, India (In-office, 100% in-person) Market Focus:United States (US-based accounts and contacts)What you’ll do Identify and qualify target organizations aligned to CXO’s Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) based on industry, size, region, and digital/technology signals. Use BuiltWith (and related tools) to identify technology stack indicators relevant to CXO’s service offerings. Use ZoomInfo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify buyers, influencers, and decision makers at target organizations. Enrich and validate account and contact data (e.g., titles, emails, LinkedIn URLs, domains, locations) to ensure accuracy and completeness. Add accounts and contacts to HubSpot with consistent tagging (ICP tier, persona, source, campaign/list name) and maintain strong CRM hygiene (deduping, field standards, clean segmentation). Partner with CXO’s marketing and commercial leadership to continuously refine ICP definitions, persona mapping, and list-building standards.What success looks like 10 ICP-fit organizations and 50 buyer/influencer contacts identified per day. Account and contact information added to HubSpot with required fields completed and consistent segmentation tags. High-quality targeting lists that improve campaign efficiency and support measurable pipeline creation.What we’re looking for 1 to 3+ years of experience in prospect research, lead list building, marketing operations support, or sales development research. Strong working knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator; experience with ZoomInfo (or similar tools) preferred. Familiarity with BuiltWith or other tools used to infer web technology stacks. High attention to detail and comfort working with structured data, spreadsheets, and CRM fields. Ability to work quickly while maintaining data quality and documentation standards.
