Position: Safety Manager – Commercial Building Projects Location:Pune (Sangam Vadi) Experience:10+ Years Qualification:Diploma / B.E / B.Tech in Civil Engineering Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Safety Manager to lead and implement comprehensive health & safety practices for large-scale commercial building construction projects in Pune. The ideal candidate will ensure strict compliance with statutory regulations, company safety policies, and international HSE standards. Key Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and monitor site-specific safety plans and procedures. Ensure compliance with statutory safety regulations and local authority requirements. Conduct regular site inspections, risk assessments, and safety audits. Lead toolbox talks, safety training sessions, and awareness programs. Investigate accidents/incidents and implement corrective & preventive actions. Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and consultants on safety matters. Maintain all safety documentation, reports, and compliance records. Ensure proper use of PPE and safe work practices at project sites. Key Skills Required: Strong knowledge of construction safety regulations and standards. Experience in high-rise / commercial building projects. Excellent leadership and team coordination skills. Risk assessment & hazard identification expertise. Good communication and reporting skills. Preferred: Certification in ADIS / PDIS / NEBOSH / IOSH (added advantage).
