We sell water in paper cartons instead of plastic or glass, either custom-branded for the client or under our own brand name—designed for modern hotels, restaurants, caterers, cafes, and conscious consumers. Our current clientele includes Leela, Four Seasons, Sheraton, Marriott, and other prestigious HoReCa brands. We’re expanding our HoReCa footprint and looking for someone who understands this ecosystem deeply.Role Overview This is not just a sales role. It is a sales and account management role. You will be the single point of contact for your accounts—responsible for revenue, service quality, and long-term retention. You will lead sales across hotels, restaurants, cafés, catering companies, and premium institutions. This is a front-line revenue role with high management visibility, high ownership, and direct impact.Key Responsibilities 1. New Business Development Develop unique value proposition and pitch to each HoReCa target customer. Identify, prospect, and drive new sales opportunities within hotels, restaurants, cafes, and catering establishments Conduct product presentations and demonstrations tailored to the specific needs of HoReCa clients Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements with clients while maintaining profitability. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets2. Account Management & Servicing Maintain regular relationship touchpoints with key decision-makers, including F&B managers, procurement heads, and business owners Ensure timely order placements and replenishment Coordinate with operations to ensure smooth deliveries Resolve service issues promptly Drive repeat orders and increase wallet share within accounts Monitor collections and payment cycles Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status in CRM systemWho We’re Looking For 3-5 years of HoReCa sales experience (beverages preferred) with strong experience selling directly to hotels Strong network within hotels, restaurants, cafes & caterers Comfortable with both hunting (new sales) and farming (account growth) Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets High ownership mindset.
