We operate in B2B and institutional business within this segment and have a pan India presence. Our products include single use wooden cutlery, ice-cream sticks and spoons, cake bases, speciality papers, luxury napkins etc. Our prestigious customers include some of the largest brands in the food and ice-cream industry.Job Summary: Industry: FMCG (GT/HoReCa ) | Thermal / POS Rolls | Paper Napkins l Hygiene Products | Dry Fruits Role Objective The Sales Officer will be responsible for driving sales, expanding distribution, and strengthening brand presence for a diversified portfolio iTissue paper, paper napkins, thermal/POS rolls, dry fruits, and allied products. The role focuses on field sales execution, distributor servicing, and institutional business development across retail, offices, HoReCa, and corporate accounts.Key Responsibilities 1.Sales & Target Achievement Achieve assigned monthly sales targets (volume & value) Thermal rolls, hygiene products, and dry fruits. Drive primary sales through distributors and ensure strong secondary sales in the assigned territory Push bulk and institutional sales to HoReCa outlets, retailers, and key accounts 2.Distributor & Channel Management Service appointed distributors ensure regular order booking and replenishment. Expand numeric and weighted distribution by adding new stationery stores, retailers, HoReCa outlets, and institutions. Ensure stock availability, FIFO, and minimal damage, especially for paper-based and perishable categories (dry fruits). 3.Market Coverage & Institutional Development Execute daily beat plans with productive market visits and outlet coverage. Develop key accounts such as Hotels, restaurants, cafés, supermarkets, and kirana stores. Convert customers from local/unbranded products to branded offerings. 4.Product & Industry Knowledge (Category-Specific) Sell products based on GSM, brightness, thickness, finish, size, and packaging. Promote thermal / POS rolls by explaining width, diameter, GSM, core size, and print quality. Explain quality, absorption, ply, and usage economics for tissue paper and paper napkins. Sell dry fruits based on grade, size, freshness, shelf life, and seasonal demand. 5.Visibility, Reporting & Operations Ensure shelf visibility, in-store displays, branding, and POSM execution. Monitor competitor pricing, schemes, GSM variations, and local brands. Maintain daily sales MIS, outlet coverage reports, and market intelligence. Coordinate with distributors for billing, delivery, and payment follow-ups.Preferred Candidate Profile Experiencein FMCG l Thermal Paper l Hygiene Products l Dry Fruits l FMCG. ORcandidates from HoReCa or Institutional Sales background. ORfield sales experience with Paytm / PhonePe (merchant acquisition, territory expansion, outlet onboarding).Key Skills & Competencies Strong field execution and distributor/retailer relationship management. Good understanding of paper quality parameters, thermal rolls, and bulk consumption selling. Target-driven, disciplined, and result-oriented mindset. Good communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.Qualifications & Experience Graduate (any discipline). 1–5 years of field sales experience in FMCG l Institutional Sales l HoReCa l GT Experience handling multi-category portfolios will be a strong advantage.Working Conditions: Work Environment: Field / Market-based.
