"Recruiting for a scheduled commercial Bank"Department : Digital and Alternative Banking Products ( Digital Banking ) Location : Kochi Experience : 2-5 years Education Qualification : BTech/MCAJob Description : 1. Closely work with various stakeholders within the Bank and external service providers on various projects and enhancements related to Digital Payment products.2. Perform analysis on transactions and propose a plan of Action and strategy.3. Prepare project plan with resource requirements/scheduling.4. Manage the BAU process pertaining to the Digital Payments products allocated.5. Manage the complete SDLC through service providers including migration, upgrades pertaining to payment projects.6. Manage the Technical Leads, Developers, Testers etc working from different geo locations to deliver automations seamlessly.7. Experience in Assessing the suitability of products and calculate the ROI/Benefits.8. Track the project closely to meet the agreed quality deliverables on time.9. Coordinate the cross functional teams, project sponsors, PMO teams to remove all sorts of impediments for successful delivery.10. Prepare, publish and run Weekly Status Reports, Monthly Status Reports, Dashboards, Governance and Steering committee and other project meetings.11. Measure existing processes to identify areas for improvement.12. Develop and deliver training on new systems and methodologies to all required stakeholders.13. Provide support to branches pertaining to Digital Payments products.14. Manage compliance to NPCI & other regulatory and statutory bodies.15. Vendor management – BAU, Invoices, Agreements, SLA etc.
