We are looking for an Architect who shares our obsession with detail, speed, and design excellence. The Challenge We are looking for aHybrid Design Professional . You are equal parts Creative Designer and Technical Engineer. You will design interiors for all types of clients, and you will use our in-house software in combination with Autodesk Revit to ensure those designs are manufactured perfectly. You will be the guardian of the design from the first sketch to the final installation. Key Responsibilities 1. Design & Visualisation:Curate bespoke kitchen and wardrobe designs using our "Look Book" materials (Laminates, Acrylics, Quartz, PU, etc.). 2. The Revit Mandate (Code-based 3D modelling):Use Revit along with Dynamo to create data-rich models. You will not just model geometry; you will model data (Cost, Material, Hardware). 3. Zero-Error Documentation:Generate automated GFC drawings, Cut-lists, and Bills of Quantities (BOQ) from your model. 4. Site & Execution Management Precision Surveying:Visit sites across Delhi NCR to conduct laser surveys. Identify out-of-plumb walls, floor slopes, and seepage issues. Civil Coordination:Mark electrical and plumbing points on-site. Issue "Civil Change Requisitions" to contractors and verify their execution. Quality Control:Supervise the installation process to ensure shutter alignment, hardware functionality, and finish quality meet Wizzy Builds' premium standards. Who You Are Educational Background:B.Arch or B.Des (Interior Design) from a reputed institute. Experience:2–5 years of specific experience inModular Kitchens and Wardrobes . Software Skills:Autodesk Revit is essential.You should be comfortable with Families, Schedules, and Parameters. Proficiency in AutoCAD and Rendering tools (Twinmotion) is a plus. Technical Chops:You know your Hettich from your Hafele. You understand the difference between BWP and HDHMR. You can spot a 92-degree corner from across the room. Road Warrior:You are willing to travel to sites across Delhi-NCR and even furtheri as required by project needs.
