EECI has developed a large clientele in America, Asia, Europe, and Africa.Company website:Max Salary Offered: In hand 1.6 lac (CTC 25 LPA Approx)Interested candidate may share their resume on hr@Job Profile:Must be able to take stock of actual sales situations & prepare a strategy for products. Driving sales objectives and achieving commercial budget and targets Build well-targeted sales plans and strategies for allocating resources and driving sales activities to achieve targets Provide vision, leadership, and strategic direction necessary to build a world-class sales operation Drive profitable growth year on year by significantly outperforming the current sales Continuously monitor and improve sales operations to ensure alignment with the company's business direction. Manage an effective feedback loop from the sales team to the development teams Identifying and acquiring new customers, as well as up-selling to the existing customer base Ensuring accurate sales forecasting and account planning Preparing accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts Building strong and collaborative relationships with other internal stakeholders relations building with distributors & representativesJob Requirements: A good listener, must have self opinion, be able to drive the team in a sophisticated manner Must have All India exposure & presently leads a team of at least 4 personnel Must have worked majority on sales of capital goods/equipment Is using modern tools for analysis & reporting Max travel time to EEC house from residence is about 1 hour Can be a non technical person but should have worked in the capital equipment field. Capability to strategies & handle a variety of products & bigger product portfolio. Has experience with Channel Partners. Minimum 20+ years of relavant experience required Education background - Engineering/Heavy Industry preffered
