This is a 360-degree sales role that requires a "hunter" mentality to find and close new business, combined with the operational diligence to manage orders from payment to delivery. You will manage the entire lifecycle of the client relationship, ensuring our sportswear, equipment, and nutrition products become staples in gyms, corporate offices, and retail hubs.Key Responsibilities 1. Business Development & Prospecting Market Research:Identify and map out potential B2B clients, including commercial gyms, corporate wellness programs, sports academies, and retail distributors. Outreach:Execute cold calling and email campaigns to secure introductory meetings with key decision-makers. Field Sales:Travel to meet potential clients, presenting product samples (apparel/footwear) and conducting equipment demonstrations. 2. Commercial Management Pricing & Availability:Coordinate with inventory teams to check real-time product availability and calculate competitive pricing/margins for bulk orders. Negotiation:Close sales orders by offering tailored solutions that meet the client’s budget and delivery timelines. Portfolio Growth:Gradually introduce and upsell new categories, including protein supplements, snacks, and massage technology. 3. Order Execution & Account Management End-to-End Ownership:Act as the primary point of contact for the client; you "own" the communication. Payment Collection:Ensure timely invoicing and follow up on payment collections to maintain healthy cash flow. Coordination:Liaise with the execution/logistics team to ensure orders are packed, shipped, and installed (for gym equipment) according to the client’s specifications. 4. Market Intelligence & Product Feedback Gather feedback from clients regarding product performance and pricing. Share market insights with management. Identify trends and opportunities in the sports and fitness industry.Required Skills & Qualifications Experience:2–4 years in B2B Sales, ideally within the fitness, FMCG, or sports apparel industries. The "Hustle" Factor:Proven track record of generating leads via cold calling and door-to-door prospecting. Operational Grit:Ability to manage the "boring but important" side of sales—checking stock, verifying prices, and chasing payments. Communication:Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; you should be as comfortable pitching in a boardroom as you are talking to a gym manager.
